In Light of the recent issues for the past week during the migration to a alternative software that didn’t work out and couldn’t handle our customer base, now that we are back working well and everything is now working apart from series, which is due to be added to the software soon.
We will be extending all customers who hold an active subscription with us 2 weeks complementary.
We will work to start adding 2 weeks onto accounts from Monday however it will take some time because we have a large customer base and each customer will need to be updated one at a time, this will be done by ourselves directly so please allow some time.
Any customers who have left us or gone to a different provider we wish you all the best and look forward to working with you again in the future.
